Some tracing agents offer a "no trace, no fee
service" and ,
unfortunately, the simple and proven fact is that they only uncover
about a mere 15% to 18% of their targets. This is
because most make no special effort in attempting trace the subjects
and some do as little as just looking in a telephone directory. Even
with this low percentage of so called 'positive results'
often the information is hopelessly out of date or inaccurate
