GENERAL FEE COSTS
Fees will be agreed with the client
on a cost-by-case basis either via an allocated budget or a
fixed fee. Occasionally, due to circumstances beyond anyone's
control, costs can exceed the initial agreed figure and should
this occur you can be totally assured that we will not exceed
that figure without firstly consulting with the client and
obtaining their express consent to do so.
DOCUMENT
DELIVERY
The client will be responsible
for any delivery costs in returning the documents to them or
other designated place.
AFFIDAVIT/NOTARY
There may also be notaries fees for the affidavit of service
but these are dependant on the issuing country and client's
requirements.
PAYMENT
Agreed Fees must be paid before the
commencement of instructions.
Normally, we accept payment
via bank-to-bank direct transfer, Western Union or
MoneyGram.
