service throughout England and Wales by instructing one
of our many regional associated offices via our own
office on London.
Scotland
In Scotland all Process
Serving must be done by court bailiffs and our Scottish
associated offices work in conjunction with appointed
bailiffs to execute successful service. After successful
service attestation will contain proof of the veracity
of the court bailiff.
NOTE:
Clients should be aware the
many areas in Scotland are very remote, particularly in
the Highlands, and a process server may have
to travel some distance to effect service.
Northern Ireland
In Northern Ireland we
regularly instruct our associated process serving
company that has full coverage throughout the 6
counties.
